Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the GonnaChange app, published by Jonathan VALLE (sole trader). By creating an account, you accept them without reservation.
2. The service
GonnaChange is a habit-change companion: stop a habit (tobacco, alcohol, sugar…) or start one (sport, reading…), one day at a time. The app offers daily tracking, tools for difficult moments (the SOS screen), statistics, body-recovery milestones and a daily reminder.
3. Health disclaimer
GonnaChange is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. The app does not replace medical advice, professional addiction support or emergency services. In case of severe dependence or distress, reach out to a health professional or a public support service.
The body-recovery milestones shown in the app are based on public sources (World Health Organization) and are provided for information only.
4. Account
Sign-up requires an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. You must be an adult to create an account.
5. Free trial and subscription
Access to the application's features requires the "GonnaChange Plus" subscription, purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The subscription includes a 7-day free trial giving access to all features (unlimited resolutions, daily check-in, SOS screen, reminders, advanced statistics). Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription starts automatically at the price displayed before purchase; nothing is charged if you cancel during the trial period. The subscription can be managed and cancelled at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If the subscription expires, your data is retained and becomes accessible again as soon as a subscription is purchased or restored.
Subscriptions are purchased and paid through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, which act as sellers for these purchases; their terms apply to payment. The price is displayed before any purchase and a reminder is sent before the end of the trial period.
6. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is done in your Apple or Google account settings. Plus access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately, by accessing the service as soon as you subscribe you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Refunds are governed by the App Store and Google Play terms.
8. Your obligations
You agree to use GonnaChange in compliance with the law and not to harm the service.
9. Liability
GonnaChange provides a tracking and support tool for informational purposes. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the app, from decisions made based on the information displayed, or from any interruption of the service. The savings shown are estimates calculated from the information you provide.
10. Intellectual property
All GonnaChange content is protected. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive right of use, with no transfer of ownership.
11. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the terms
The publisher may update these terms. Changes will be communicated to you and will apply from the date of their publication.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, contact us first at support@gonnachange.com: we will look for an amicable solution.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, after a written complaint that remains unresolved amicably, you have the right to use the appointed consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C - Centre de la Mediation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14. Website: www.cm2c.net.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
